90-day organic traffic guarantee
If organic traffic to any migrated page drops more than 10% in the 90 days after launch, we fix it at no charge. We put this in writing.
The 11-step migration process
Every migration follows the same checklist. Nothing is skipped. You get a copy of the checklist with your contract.
Data export & audit
Days 1–2We export your customer list, job history, invoices, and pricebook from your current platform. You keep a copy. Nothing is deleted until you say go.
URL inventory
Days 2–3We crawl your existing site and export every indexed URL from Google Search Console. Every URL that has impressions gets a 1:1 permanent redirect — no traffic is abandoned.
Backlink audit
Days 3–4We pull your backlink profile from Ahrefs and flag any high-authority links pointing to specific pages. Those pages get priority in the redirect map.
Content migration
Days 4–7Service pages, blog posts, and city pages are migrated with their original content intact. We don't rewrite copy during migration — that's a separate engagement if you want it.
Schema & metadata review
Days 7–9Every page gets its own title, description, canonical, and JSON-LD. We validate against Google's Rich Results Test before launch.
Staging review
Days 9–11You get a staging URL. We walk through every page together. You sign off before a single DNS record changes.
DNS cutover
Day 12DNS TTL is lowered 48 hours before cutover. We flip the records during your lowest-traffic window (typically Tuesday 2am). Rollback takes 5 minutes if anything is wrong.
Search Console handoff
Day 12We submit the new sitemap, request re-indexing of all migrated URLs, and verify the redirect map is being followed correctly.
30-day monitoring
Days 12–42We check Search Console weekly for crawl errors, coverage drops, and ranking changes. Any regression is triaged within 24 hours.
90-day traffic report
Day 90We deliver a full organic traffic comparison: pre-migration baseline vs. post-migration actuals. If traffic is down more than 10% on pages we migrated, we fix it at no charge.
Data import
ParallelCustomer records, job history, and pricebook are imported into M&M while the site migration runs. Your team can start using the new platform on Day 1.

Every indexed URL gets a 301 redirect. We don't launch until Search Console shows the redirect map is clean. We've never had a migration that lost more than 10% of organic traffic within 90 days — and the guarantee covers it if we do.
“My customer data will be lost.”
You get a full export before anything is touched. We import into M&M in parallel with the site migration. You run both systems simultaneously until you're ready to cut over.
“My team won't learn a new system.”
We run a 2-hour live training session for your office staff and a separate 1-hour field tech walkthrough. The mobile app is designed to be usable without training — most techs are comfortable within a week.
“My current platform will hold my data hostage.”
Most platforms (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber) have data export provisions in their ToS. We've done this before. If they push back, we know the escalation path.
