What size AC do I need?
Size is determined by a Manual J load calculation, not by the size of your old system. We perform this calculation on every replacement job — a system that's too large will short-cycle and leave your home humid.
Should I replace just the outdoor unit or the whole system?
If the indoor coil is more than 10 years old, replacing just the outdoor unit creates a mismatched system that won't perform to its rated efficiency. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on the age and condition of each component.
What brands do you install?
